Here is a quick recipe that you can try using ground oats:
- 3 tbsp of ground oats
- 1 tbsp of raw sugar
- 3 tbsp of mashed avocado
- 8-10 drops of a flavoured oil of your choice (eg. Lavender)
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Massage the mixture onto damp skin in a circular motion.
Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
