This week marks our final post dedicated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation Heart Month. Although Heart Month will come to an end, this shouldn’t mean that you should cease to make caring for your health a priority.
According to the HSF, women have the greatest risk for heart disease and stroke. Even though the disease is manageable, it is completely preventable with proper nutrition, physical activity and managing stress.
