Blueberries are rich in vitamins A and C, and is also low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants and can be eaten raw or cooked. It is best eaten raw as some of the nutrients will get lost when it’s cooked. As you know Vitamin C enhances the production of collagen which will keep your skin plump and younger looking.:)
